Made from a mix of orchard plums with varieties of Victoria's, Marjorie's Seedling, Csars and Tophit. Harvested from the Sussex villages of Ticehurst, Chalvington, Ripe and Laughton. This is a silky, honeyed and ravishing liqueur that’s designed to go alongside Autumn and Winter festive feasting and graze boards or to sip in front of a roaring fire as the evenings set in.

I'm Cathy, and I make handcrafted liqueurs from locally hand-picked Sussex fruits. With no added chemicals, synthesised or artificial flavourings, it's just nature at its heart.
What started as boozy blackberry gifts and presents for family and friends grew into an idea that incorporated my love of nature and a decent cocktail, all while staying true to my ethos of supporting local Sussex produce and farms, reducing our footprint (unless it's muddy footprints), and showcasing our diverse and wonderful English fruits.
